Located about five miles north of the town of Jackson, this region is in close proximity to the Jackson Hole Airport, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis, and Grand Teton National Park. Offering some of the most dramatic views of the Teton Range, this area affords convenience with privacy.

The Town of Jackson: During the summer season this is the main hub for Jackson Hole serving as the gateway to Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. The Town Square is filled with quaint shops, a variety of restaurants, and galleries. There are a number of residential areas located just beyond the Town Square. This area offers some of Jackson Holes most affordable properties with small town convenience.

Between the Town of Jackson and the Snake River: Centrally located, this area offers the most panoramic views of the valley as well as views of the Tetons. Some of Jackson Holes finest subdivisions are located in this area. This region gives a sense of privacy and seclusion while only ten minutes from down town.

South of the Town of Jackson: Situated the farthest from many of Jackson Holes points of interest, property prices are typically less expensive than other regions. However, south of Jackson still offers mountain views including the Teton Range. It also offers all the convenience of town, which is five minutes away. This region will most likely see the most growth in the years to come.

The West Bank of the Snake River: This region is one of the most desirable areas in Jackson with its close proximity to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the Snake River, and the Teton Range. It is also close to Jacksons other championship golf course, Teton Pines Resort. Most of the property in this region is limited to larger parcels in very private settings.
